【Israel News】CRTG Israel launched first bridge project- Pinhas-Rozen Bridge: each work advanced

On January 25, 2022, after precise planning and deployment, with the sound of the demolition of the last main building in AYALONG Park, the G4-8 Bridge Project successfully entered the temporary facility construction stage according to the expected plan, laying a solid foundation for the perfect implementation of the follow-up works.

The G4-8 Pinhas-Rozen Bridge Project has a total length of 633 meters. It integrates bridges, municipal road upgrades, and underground water supply and drainage pipelines, etc. It is the first bridge engineering project of CRTG Israel Branch. Since the signing of the contract on December 8, 2020, the design team has successfully completed the detailed design of the project and negotiated with the authorities after 14 months of careful deployment, and has continued to advance the construction process of the main structure.

In the design stage, the management team made a strong judgment that the relocation of protected trees and the demolition of facilities would be the two major "stumbling blocks" in the construction of the main structure of the project. The commercial team strictly followed the cost management requirements and made full efforts in the subcontracting market. After investigation, a subcontractor with cost-effective and stable performance was finally selected.

After negotiating with Tel Aviv Municipality and Ramat Gan Municipality, parks administration, municipal public facilities and other authorities for more than half a year, and obtaining more than 30 approvals, the project department, based on the works scope, mobilized technical personnel to the demolition site and conducted numerous site visits, initiated preparatory coordination meetings and construction mobilization meetings, continuously optimized and improved special construction plans for demolition, and refined safety emergency plans and epidemic prevention measures.

The demolition work was commenced on January 23, 2022. The construction staff strictly followed the established plan to ensure the safety and control of the demolition process. It only took three days to complete the demolition of all the structures of the park. The Employer highly praised CRTG for its quick implementation of site operations and showed full confidence in the follow-up performance of the project.
