In 2018, CRTG held production safety conferences for many times to keep alarm bell ringing. Moreover, it redeployed, re-arranged and re-implemented the safety production work and further highlighted key cities and key areas.
CRTG strictly controlled the total number of accidents and the frequency of various types of accidents, insisted on problem orientation, adhered to the on-site management, insisted on standardization management, perfected system and mechanism, strove to achieve “zero deviation” in rules and regulations, “zero error” in technical management, “zero loophole” in subcontracting management, “zero violation” in construction operation, “zero defect” in equipment status, “zero omission” in acceptance of materials and equipment, and “zero hidden danger” in construction site so as to realize “zero accident” in the enterprise and projects.

In 2018, CRTG firmly established the concept of safety development and “Zero Accident” and further strengthened the “Red Line” awareness and “Bottom Line” thinking. Combining with the actual situation of corporate reform and development and being problem-oriented, CRTG insisted on resolving the current problems and eliminating the root causes, paid attention to top-level design, and improved rules and regulations. By further clarifying the responsibility of “management” and “supervision”, CRTG continued to carry on the team leader safety and quality responsibility system and the safety and quality hidden danger investigation and management system, worked hard to implement the special safety management action and the safety and quality standardization construction, and promoted the micro-class system for safety education and training.

The Company organized 20 training courses throughout the year concerning various contents including safety and quality control on tunnel construction, safety and quality control on bridge construction, safety management of civil blasting articles, safety and technical measures for lifting and hoisting, key technical points of supporting system, supervision on environmental protection and occupational health, etc., further enhancing the construction and technical level as well as safety and quality awareness of project managers and operating personnel.

Concerns about Occupational Health

In 2018, CRTG seriously adhered to enhancing occupational health in accordance with the laws and regulations. The Company has put in place a series of mature responses. In order to further enhance the safety and technical management of construction projects, CRTG issued the “Notice on 2018 Safety Production Training Program” and continued to carry out “Year of Learning” activities in production safety.
